Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are several types of products that cannot be returned. Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, cannot be returned. Also, products of an intimate or sanitary nature, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are not accepted.
Other non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, but do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after deliveryRefunds (if applicable).
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missed refunds (if applicable).
If you have not yet received your refund, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before the refund is posted.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
