30 Day Comfort Exchange Policy

If you determine at any time, up to 30 days from the delivery date, that you are not completely satisfied with your mattress, Aventura Mattress will allow you to exchange it for a new mattress under the following terms and conditions:


If you wish to make an exchange, You MUST make an appointment with an sleep expert prior to your arrival call us at 3056273755 or send an email to operations@aventuramattress.com to set the appointment.ONE TIME PER CUSTOMER. You may exchange the mattress for a mattress of higher value upon payment of the difference between the cost of the exchanged mattress and the new higher priced mattress. Aventura Mattress will gladly exchange it for another mattress of equal or lesser value. However, if he mattress is exchanged for a mattress of lesser value, we do not refund the difference between the price paid and the cost of the new mattress.

Brands like Aireloom do not qualify for a comfort exchange.
Law tags must be attached and the merchandise must be in sanitary condition, clean, free of tears, burns, and stains of any kind or we will be unable to honor a request for an exchange – in reference to being in compliance with applicable law. We cannot approve a mattress exchange if the mattress was not purchased along with a waterproof mattress protector from us at the time of the original mattress purchase. The 30-Day Comfort Exchange Policy applies to mattresses only. Aventura Mattress will not refund open sheets, pillows, or mattress protectors. A processing and handling fee of 20% (min of $100) of the purchase price of the exchanged mattress will be charged to the customer. The fees must be paid in full prior to the exchange taking place and are nonrefundable. Adjustable bases, floor models, mattress protectors, special orders, clearance merchandise, furniture, pillows, promotional/accessory items, warranty exchanges, foundations, box springs, and unsanitary beds are excluded from our 30-Day Comfort Exchange Policy and can not be returned or exchanged.

Additional Information

Warranty Service

Warranties are provided by the manufacturer of a product and not by Aventura Mattress. Aventura Mattress is not responsible or liable for any manufacturer warranty, claim, or guarantee on any of the products it sells.


Pillows/ Pillow Protectors/ Mattress Protectors/ Foundations/Box Springs/ Adjustable Bases

Aventura Mattress does not give any credits or refunds on pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, foundations or box springs, adjustable bases We do not service any warranties. All are final sale.


Special Orders

Special or Custom Orders are items that are not a part of Aventura Mattresses regular inventory. A special or custom order is placed at the request of a customer, based on the customer’s specifications. These items include, but aren’t limited to: California-King, adjustable powerbases or beds, split-queen, twin-extra-long, full-extra-long, all furniture and custom mattress sizes. Special or custom orders are placed with the manufacturer immediately and cannot be cancelled. No refunds will be honored once an order is placed with a manufacturer regardless of any delay in shipping or delivery. There are no Comfort Exchanges on special or custom orders. Special and Custom Orders are final sale and accepted in “as-is” condition.

 

Furniture

Aventura Mattress does not stock any furniture items; therefore all furniture sales are considered special orders and will not be exchanged for refund or credit. All furniture sales are final. All furniture items carry no warranty and are “as-is” sales.

 

Pick-Ups

All products must be inspected prior to leaving our Showroom or Warehouse. Once a customer leaves our Showroom or Warehouse, the customer has accepted the product to be to his or her satisfaction. Any loss or damage to the product once the product is released to the customer is the responsibility of the customer. Aventura Mattress will not assist in placing and securing merchandise on a customer’s vehicle. Aventura Mattress is not responsible for any loss or damage during a customer’s transportation of the product and the customer, in accepting this agreement, agrees to hold Aventura Mattress harmless for any such loss or damage.

 

Lay-Away

 Lay-Away deposits on orders that are not special or custom orders are refundable. Lay-Away deposits on special or custom orders are refundable so long as the order has not been placed with the manufacturer. Once an order is placed with the manufacturer, lay0away deposits for special or custom orders are non-refundable.

 

Delivery

 As a result of our high sales volumes and demand, low priced delivery services, and quick product availability; Aventura Mattress cannot guaranty an exact appointment time and date at the time of purchase and reserves the right to reschedule or postpone any delivery appointment to a future time and date. Any rescheduling or postponement of the deliveries shall be without penalty or credit owed to the customer. Delivery fees are assessed for each delivery trip. Truck Drivers/Delivery personnel are independent contractors and are insured to set-up and deliver Aventura Mattress products only. They are not permitted to move a customer’s personal property. We recommend that customers remove any items that may interfere with the delivery personnel to deliver and set-up the items purchased from Aventura Mattress. Mattresses, bedframes, furniture, waterbeds, etc. cannot be removed by Aventura Mattress personnel. Old mattress and foundation removal is a service provided by Aventura Mattress additional fees apply base on the size of the mattress and foundation, delivery personnel can refuse to remove items at any time of delivery location. Aventura Mattress is not liable for any personal or property damage suffered by any person, property, home, pet, or business at the time of the delivery, or any injuries incurred from the assembly of products by its delivery personnel or use of Aventura Mattress products once delivered. When items purchased by a customer are delivered to a customer’s home, the customer should look them over carefully before the delivery personnel leaves the delivery location. In the unlikely event that any damage occurs during delivery, such damage must be reported and written on the delivery ticket or manifest before the delivery personnel leaves a customer. Failure to note this at the time of delivery before the delivery personnel leaves the premises will result in the customer having accepted the condition of the product as satisfactory and delivered. The customer understands that whoever the customer delegates to receive a delivery on their behalf will be deemed to have accepted the condition of product delivered on the customer’s behalf in accordance with these policies. If a customer does not pay for assembly of the items purchased, the customer accepts the product to their satisfaction once the items go into the customer’s possession. Any balances must be paid in full to delivery personnel in cash prior to merchandise being placed in a customer’s home. Cancelled orders on the day of delivery will be refunded in an Aventura Mattress merchandise certificate only.
