Refunds

• We do not offer refunds on merchandise.
• Eligible mattresses qualify for a one-time exchange under our Comfort Exchange Policy.

Special Orders

• All special orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order.
• Special orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless determined to be defective.

Final-Sale Items

• Adjustable bases, box springs and foundations, pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, duvets and other linens, furniture, clearance items and floor samples are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
