Building-ready delivery
We handle the details with your building
- Certificate of insurance. We coordinate the certificate your building requests.
- Service elevator. We plan the delivery around the reservation.
- Delivery windows. We schedule within your building's permitted hours.
- Island access. On Fisher Island, we schedule the ferry for the delivery.
- Who will receive it. We confirm who will be there if you are still travelling.
Delivery, installation, availability and any fees are confirmed in your quote.

Preparing your home from abroad
Can I choose a mattress without visiting the showroom?
Yes. We guide you by WhatsApp, or by video call by appointment, recommending options for how you sleep and the size of each bed. You are also welcome to visit when you are in Miami.
Have you delivered to my building before?
Very likely. Since 2013 we have delivered to luxury condominiums from Fisher Island to Palm Beach. Tell us your building and we will confirm its requirements before scheduling.
Can you coordinate the delivery with my building?
Yes. We work with your building's requirements, such as the certificate of insurance, service elevator reservation and permitted delivery hours, and confirm who will receive the delivery.
Are delivery and installation included?
Delivery and installation are quoted for your address and order. Availability, scheduling and any applicable fees are confirmed in your quote before you order.
Do you assist in Spanish and Portuguese?
Yes. Our team assists clients in English, Spanish and Portuguese, by WhatsApp, phone, email or video call.
Do you offer bed dressing?
Professional bed dressing and styling is available as an additional service, with pricing tailored to each project.
Do you deliver outside South Florida?
On-site installation is available in our South Florida service area. For other locations, we review the logistics individually and confirm the options with you.
