What we make
When a standard size does not fit
If your bed was built abroad, inherited, designed for the room or installed on a boat, a Queen or a King will leave a gap or will not fit at all. These are the requests we handle most often.
European and Italian designer beds
Frames made for 160 x 200 or 180 x 200 cm mattresses, plus the other metric sizes from 80 to 200 cm wide.
Antique and three-quarter beds
Three-quarter beds at 48 x 75 or 48 x 72 inches, antique singles and other heirloom frames.
Oversized kings
Wyoming King, Texas King and Alaskan King, and larger family beds built to your dimensions.
In-between sizes
Olympic Queen, California Queen, Short Queen, Short King, Full XL and Super Single.
Round beds and shaped corners
Round mattresses and cut or rounded corners, made from your measurements or a template.
Yachts and aircraft
Berths and cabins measured on board, so the mattress follows the space it has to fit.

Chattam & Wells Fleur De Lis Evelyn, in Tight Top (13 inches, 33 cm tall: Firm or Medium) or Euro Top (15 inches, 38 cm tall: Medium or Plush). Damask cover, silk and wool blend, Serene® foam, gel-infused memory foam and individually wrapped coils. The price is the same for every comfort.

- Custom-size mattresses are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The comfort exchange applies to standard sizes only.
- The Fleur De Lis Evelyn carries a 10-year non-prorated limited warranty from Chattam & Wells.
- Any dimension not listed is quoted individually, with no limit on size.

Custom mattress questions
How do I measure my bed for a custom mattress?
Measure the inside of the frame where the mattress sits: the width and the length at their widest points, in inches or centimeters. For round beds measure the diameter. For cut corners, berths and irregular shapes we measure on site.
How long does a custom mattress take?
Production takes 10 to 15 days from the confirmed order.
Can a custom mattress be returned?
No. A custom-size mattress is made for one bed, so it is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What does a custom size mattress cost?
The Fleur De Lis Evelyn starts at $2,499 in a custom size; the table above lists the price of each size. Dimensions that are not listed are quoted individually.
Do you make sizes that are not on the list?
Yes. There is no limit on size. Send us the dimensions and we will quote it.
Where do you deliver custom mattresses?
Custom-size mattresses are delivered in South Florida only.
