What we make
Built for the space it has to fit
The hull curves, the corners are cut, the headroom is limited and the mattress has to come through a companionway that was not built for it. We have been fitting beds in South Florida for over twenty years, and we work directly with captains, yacht designers and refit teams.
Owner's cabin and VIP berths
Full-size luxury mattresses in the exact dimensions of the stateroom, in the comfort the owner actually sleeps on at home.
Guest cabins and crew quarters
Narrower berths, bunks and short lengths, built to the same standard and finished to the same specification.

Construction
Why owners come to us instead of a foam shop
Most custom marine mattresses are cut foam. That works, and it is inexpensive, and it is not what a vessel of this class deserves.
We build berth mattresses from the same handcrafted construction we sell in our showroom — damask covers, silk and wool blends, individually encased coils — so the bed aboard feels like the bed at home.
You can lie on the construction in North Miami Beach before you order it for the boat.

From the marina to delivery

- We measure on boardAt the marina, at your convenience. For shaped berths we take a template.
- Choose the buildTight Top at 13 inches or Euro Top at 15 inches, in firm, medium or plush.
- Your mattress is madeProduction takes 7 to 15 days from the confirmed order.
- Delivery to the vesselWe deliver and place it aboard, and remove the old mattress.
Good to know before you order
- Custom-size mattresses are made for one berth, so they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The comfort exchange applies to standard sizes only.
- Delivery of custom-size mattresses is within South Florida.
- Any dimension is quoted individually. There is no limit on size.

How do I measure a berth for a custom mattress?
Measure the width at its widest point and the length at its longest, inside the frame where the mattress sits. For cut corners, radiused edges or irregular shapes, we come aboard and take a template rather than working from a description.
Can you measure at the marina?
Yes. We measure on board anywhere in South Florida, at a time that fits the vessel's schedule.
How long does a yacht mattress take?
Production takes 7 to 15 days from the confirmed order. Tell us your delivery window and we will tell you whether it fits.
Can the mattress come apart to fit through the companionway?
Yes. Split builds are common for berths with difficult access, and the two pieces sit together as a single sleeping surface.
Do you work with refit and interior teams?
Regularly. We provide dimensions in inches and centimeters for drawings and coordinate delivery with the yard's schedule.
What does a yacht mattress cost?
Pricing depends on the dimensions and the construction. Custom sizes in our Chattam & Wells collection start at $2,499; berths and irregular shapes are quoted individually.
