I was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of Tania. She took the time to describe the real benefits of each mattress and helped me in the selection of the best one for my particular sleeping style. Her suggestions saved me from buying a mattress from their competitors and making a looong term mistake.
Linda Rosemberg04:49 09 Nov 15I Love my bed and Aventura Mattress!! I had a wonderful experience here. As soon as I walked in I felt so welcomed and I knew that this was the right place for me. I was looking for a mattress for my husband and I for over 6 months and couldn't find the right place with a big selection of mattresses. I went to Mattress firm and many more. All I was able to find was a traditional pushy sales person with out any knowledge about mattresses. Thanks to a good friend of mine I found Aventura Mattress where I was able to work directly with Tania the business owner, who was so knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Tania for taking the time to help me understand the difference a good mattress can make. I am so happy sleeping on my pure latex bliss "Beautiful". So if you really want outstanding customer service and the right mattress I highly recommended Aventura Mattress.

She is an amazing mix of professionalism and empathy and she is probably the best sales consultant for Mattresses and related product I ever met. She endeavors to understand the customers' needs to the last details in order to recommend a range of mattresses which can fulfill their needs. I can only recommend consulting with Tania for your sleeping wellness. Kate and Giselle @ Aventura Mattress are the best customer care following Tania's motivation. And I was impressed by the variety of product available at Aventura Mattress. It's impossible to not find a product that fits your needs without breaking your wallet. And they have an amazing luxury collection for the most demanding customers. These ladies rock!!!!
Kate Castillo20:12 03 Aug 17Extraordinary customer service , the lovely owner of the company Tania was beyond patient and understanding with any issue I had involving my lower back pain . She guided and educated me with what type of mattress would be perfect for me and now I am sleeping wonderfully in my latex bliss mattress . Aventura mattress definitely beats any other mattress store because of the incredible service and attention given to the client. If you go to mattress firm or other well known mattress stores you feel the sudden pressure that you must make the decision of what mattress you want at that moment but at Aventura mattress the owner was beyond patient and helpful. You must go to Aventura mattress !
Martha Alvarez13:36 24 Mar 17When is search for a mattress you need guidance, someone who is very knowledgeable for the product. I went to a few Mattress stores, but I walked away. I didn't feel the customer service was to my standards, I felt pressured and I wasn't really getting the help I was looking for. Then, months later I had a friend recommend me to the Aventura Mattress store. There I met Tania, she was very patient, knowledgeable about all her products, most of all she actually gained a conversation where i then felt comfortable, as she was getting to know me to better help me. I am a manager for a retail store and I really felt the connection, and the engagement to know me personally, in order to fulfill my needs. I ended up purchasing the latex mattress by pure latex bliss, I am sleeping better and it has definitely helped me with my allergies. I would definitely recommend Tania to anyone who is looking to buy a mattress, as my experience with her was very memorable.

And as well as working one to one with the owner of the company. Tania the owner of the business was well educated and professional in the mattress industry and guided me to find the right mattress. I am grateful that i was able to find a family business that helped me with all of my needs.
